Sleek long and an attention getter!
Men loved to discuss their first sighting
Of this particular model in Germany
While they were stationed there.
I drove it with gusto.
Always the top down.
No weather prevented me
From feeling the wind the sun
Or even the fog.
Sunglasses
A scarf wrapped around my neck
Floating behind me.
Friends well-meaning
Reminded me about Isadora Duncan.
The Silver Cloud a wedding present.
The marriage failed.
But the convertible stayed with me.
